Update 4years later and the service & food are still outstanding ???? Love that the food taste just as good every time. Service and Food was outstanding. Our waitress was very friendly and the food we ordered (table side quac, tripple dipper, salmon + mash) was out quicker than ive ever experienced it at any Chilis....and it was delicious! We have found OUR Chilis here in Tampa! Def coming back :) Parking: Lots of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: No steps

The only reason I'm leaving 5 stars is because of the serving staff and bartender. (Management needs to take a course on Management of a restaurant.) I waited 1hr 30mins after ordering and closing out and tipping the full 20%. Because its not their (bartender and service staff) fault. They did offer complimentary beverages and additional food. Which is nice, which we didn't accept. Watched as other parties of 2 were getting served their food after us, all we ordered was a hamburger and bowl. Management, figure it out or you guys will go out of business when the restaurant next to you opens. This was a total lack of managerial prowess. Hopefully someone takes our food home and has a good meal, because they(serving staff) deserves it. Lost a customer. You're welcome for the 5 stars.

Allie was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, polite and tentative. Food was all cooked perfect. Nice specials going on right now. Overall great experience. Enjoyed our lunch!
