I'm not sure if my waitress was overwhelmed or just had a bad night but the service was sub par. My wife and I ordered together I got the half rack of ribs and she ordered a chicken entree we also ordered chips and salsa for the appetizer. Our waitress hardly checked on our table and I knew something was wrong when my wife received her food and I didn't. I knew I said my order clearly so I didn't worry about it and continued eating my chips. About 10 minutes passes and we flag over the waitress. When we asked her about the ribs she said we hadn't ordered any ribs. I was dumbfounded because I always make sure to convey exactly what I want every time I go to a restaurant and I was certain that I ordered the ribs. On top of that we got no refills on our drinks and they forgot our ranch add on which was a bummer. Nevertheless the manager was a Saint and helped us through the entire process which was very nice of her. I don't write this review with intent of getting anyone in trouble just n
I love this specific Chili's. Food is always amazingly good and consistent on flavor. Our waiter was amazing on point with the order and refills
Fantastic late evening meal. As always Vince along with Vanessa took GREAT care of us ! Most importantly our food was delicious.
