Chili's Grill & Bar

We ordered two party chicken trays, one meal, and a couple appetizers for a big family event. Giving less than 5 star rating because by the time we got the correct food, most our order was no longer hot. One party tray was bone in with 3 different flavors, the other was supposed to be boneless with all one flavor sauce located on the side. We received both trays with 3 different flavors each, so we had to have them remake the two thirds of the boneless wings that were the wrong flavor. We understand that mistakes happen, but on such a large order it was disappointing that only those remade wings were hot by the time we made it home. They were nice enough to let us keep the mistake wings, which we appreciate, and is why I have given a 4 star instead of 3 star.

Our waitress, Emily, was amazing! She was on top of the drinks our entire meal. At the end of our meal she realized that they served my daughter a similar pasta dish than the baked pasta dish she ordered and packed it up for her to go. Great customer service! We will be back!

Quick seating, the server seemed a little scatter brained. Wish that the manager who was walking around would help clear tables or refill drinks. The server seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables. No fault to them. The first serving of chips was 75% crumbs unfortunately. The margaritas frozen machine was down on arrival but they were able to get it up and going 1/2 way through our meal.
