Chili's Grill & Bar

A little slow to get seated here. While it was not too busy for a weekend, our service was a bit slow with our server attending to other tables. I can’t even recall if he checked back with us for anything until we got the attention of another server for a water refill. The food is average and plating somewhat sloppy. If anything else was nearby we would’ve went as this location was not our first choice to dine in. Cleanliness needs improvement as there were a few tables that needed to be bussed. The hostess and servers should tighten up on appearance as well. All in all it’s not a bad place, I’m particularly fond of the details and this is the area that needs the most improvement.

The first time I was here it was amazing! I was really excited to come back again, but the service was really slow. The server kept skipping over our table to help the people around us and avoiding eye contact. I thought it was an off night, so I went back again. I had the same experience a second time. The tables sat at the same time as us were served almost ten minutes before we were greeted. I’m so disappointed that this shift has happened because I had such a good time the first time I went.
