Today went to eat at the almeden blossom hill chilis and when we walked in it was literally empty maybe two couples and one was sitting down waiting to be sitted my sister and I were never acknowledged no smiles no I'll be right with you the three employees there just went in back looking at paperwork talking not good customer service..we waited at least 10 to 15 min with no acknowledgement....we asked for managers name. And left to another restaurant where we were treated good...
Came here about an hour and a half before closing and there was surprisingly a 15 minute wait for a table even though the place was fairly empty. Our waitress wasn't super friendly but our orders were correct so that was a plus. Our food was okay tasting and not cold but it wasn't spectacular. Our salsa was basically just water and the bathroom was dirty but it was just about closing time.
My friend and I came for the drinks and appetizers and we loved the experience. I’ve been to different Chili’s many times but we had the nicest server who was making our drinks at the bar. He made a great classic and strawberry margarita! … More
