Chili's Grill & Bar

Ok so was kinda disappointed with the service our food was good but server only refilled our drink once and I wanted to order dessert ???? but they never came back to ask. So we just paid the bill and left. Sorry that the tip wasn't good I start with a good tip and the more we wait and aren't waited on I deduct from the tip. You would think working on tips you would be more attentive to your tables but he was more worried about the big party that came in later after we were seated.

Our server, Mason, was great! He was also bartending the night we went and I would have had no idea he was multitasking unless I had seen him working behind the bar myself. We had everything we needed and it was great. The cake is to die for.

If you like BURNT over well cooked steaks instead of what I asked for Medium-Rare then eat here. They clearly don't know how to cook a steak. The burnt flavor is so overwhelming its literally inedible. Wish I would have checked before driving an hour home, but I figured they had cooks who knew how to cook. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with my burnt steak, guess my steak craving will go unsatisfied. Well there's about $25 dollars down the drain. Unacceptable...
