Chili's Grill & Bar

My rating is based on the seating area and time in which I waited for my food. The booth I was put in was not entirely clean. The seat felt stinky and the table had some sticky stuff on it. It doesn't look like it was wiped or cleaned properly. I ordered an appetizer for my lunch and I waited a long while for it. I saw 2 tables receive their food before I got mine. I only got 1 refill for my drink as I saw other tables getting refills after refill. This wasn't a great experience for me. Although my waitress was kind it felt like she was in a rush. At the time I went to eat here, it wasn't busy at all. So needless to say this wasn't a great experience for service or food.

Came to his location with a large group due to a birthday. Server was condescending and rude since seating down and asking for a high chair. Food was decent but the service was lacking to say the least, spoke to manager about the experience and let the server know that the service was sub-par to say the least. Server even acted annoyed and banged her hand on the counter in frustration when we asked for a lemonade refill… and spoke to us as if we were mentally challenged. She should find somewhere else to work where she’s not customer facing. She should be kept away from customers because of her abrasive nature and borderline customer mis-treatment.

Haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, and I am so glad I did! Went with my family, and we all had a lovely experience. The atmosphere, service, and food were on point. The waitress checked on us a decent amount of time, and she even noticed when I was running out of my beverage and got me a refill right away. The food was delicious! We all enjoyed ourselves. Kid-friendliness: Both my kids enjoyed the experience. The staff were super sweet to both of them. Parking: Comfortable and clean parking.
