Chili's Grill & Bar

When we came in there was hardly no one in there. The waitress was friendly. We placed our order and with no one in their hardly we had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our food which seemed exceptionally long. We each ordered a steak, our mashed potatoes were barely warm, our broccoli was cold, and the stakes were just okay. They were just barely warm also. We didn't send anything back because we didn't want to sit there and wait again it took long enough and we were already frustrated we just wanted to get done and get out of there. Oh and by the way, other people came in after us and got their orders before us, while we were still waiting. I was just about ready to ask the waitress what took so long and she said yours is coming right up.

Always flies around food once served. Always an issue with electronic bill, never matches what was ordered, showing separate/duplicate charges. I used to be a weekly costumer coming here for dinner with family/friends and we have stopped all together due to these consistent issues. Thought we would give it another chance tonight, still the same issues. Additionally- me and the people around me were wearing jackets while we ate due to cold draft coming in from windows/doors. Root beer is no longer a fountain drink and you will be up-charged (3 for me menu)

When it’s slow, things don’t get wipe down. Also off hours was a bit slow to get food. And they forget things in the kitchen like not following instructions on what was ordered. … More
