Normally love this place but dinner the other night was awful.First round was the free chips....looks like the bottom of the bag crumbs.then food came... Everything was cold.corn looked and tasted like feed corn that had been microwaved ten times over.Ribs were dry. It was just not good all the way around.
Just straight forward. You don't have the staff to help with orders. Poor bartender is trying to cover not only his front but the tables around him . After I waited to ord we food for what was 20 min and it would have probably taken longer if I didn't decide to leave. No offense to the staff they were trying.It's just not good for my own time . 3 times here and that would be the last.
I LOVE Chili's. My experience here was extra special. I made a special trip to have a frozen strawberry margarita here for my birthday. We arrived and were informed they didn't have the machine to make them. I was very disappointed. But our server went out of her way to take care of us from that point on. Sheade me a special margarita and even did a round of shots for my table. She was funny and attentive and overall a great server/bartender. Wish I would have gotten her name!
