We keep trying this place hoping it’ll get better. The service is so slow, dirty glasses(someone’s lipstick still on the glass when the beer was handed to my husband) and flavorless food. The food was wrong, our bill was wrong, and it took forever to fix.
Food was hot, chicken was tough for the fajita platter. Staff was friendly would of been nice to have a tad more attention from our waitress it was only lunch time and was not to busy. Bathroom was clean and decent parking.
The food was amazing. This was my first time at Chile’s and I will definitely be coming back here again, especially to this location. Our waiter, Kevin, was awesome. He has such a positive attitude and is very friendly. He really made our experience worthwhile.
