Burger was awesome! Server was very nice and provided grand service. I look forward to trying some other burgers there.
Plenty parking. No wait. Clean restaurant. Friendly server. Good food. Reasonable prices.
Aside from our sweet and overworked server, this place was horrible. Not the Chili's I've loved forever. The chicken nachos were coated heavily with some sort of very strong seasoning. That has never been the case before, but my son and I were hungry and ate a few of them. Then came the boneless buffalo chicken salad... the lettuce was brown, wilted and slimy looking. The Buffalo chicken was a poorly prepared low quality piece of breaded chicken. We tried to discuss civilly with the manager, but he acted completely clueless. Won't be returning. Ever. The restrooms are filthy and so are the floors. Not enough staff to clean tables. A stranger in a UPMC uniform greeted us at the door to tell us that there was no hostess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Oh. I am on crutches and nothing was handicapped accessible.
