Chili's Grill & Bar

Terrible dining experience. When we arrived there was no greeter or hostess. So we waited to put our name in for seating. A line had formed by the podium. We ordered burgers, but the buns we stale and the fries cold. After our meal we wanted to sit and talk, no one would clear our plates, even after pushing them to the side. A take out box was requested, but we had to ask three times before we received one, no easy task. As we exited I noticed the reason for the awful service. The staff was in the bar talking and joking with their friends. Avoid this location, try a different Chili's. I've always had good food and service at their other locations nearby...

Went in yesterday had 7 people in my party and the curly haired guy with glasses in the front would not seat us, Because only 5 people in my party were there. So before I called the manger the guy seating people sat a party down who were still waiting for there group but couldn’t seat us? So I called the manager who has boy haircut. She came out so irate and escalated. She kept talking over me, Got in my face wanting to fight me. Called me a liar. It’s sad as a customer I had to deescalate the situation. That is poor management for a manager to want to fight a customer. So all this drama was so Unnecessary, They lied and said they couldn’t seat us cause our whole party wasn’t there, but yet they seated us anyways? So clearly the “policy” is not in place. No accountability. But our server was amazing props to her!

In town on business, ordered delivery for dinner. I utilize Chili's frequently when traveling. They have a good selective menu's, normally great service and good food. Unfortunately upon receipt from Jodi M I found the box not sealed, it looks nothing like the Caribbean salad I have ordered on many occasions. (expectations not meet) - (service failure)
