Chili's Grill & Bar

My server was great. Manager lousy, she didn’t too much care about our dissatisfaction of her food. I order the Tex Mex trios every time I go. Instead of steak today, we received ground beef. They tried to say “they forgot to do something to the steak to make it taste a certain way.” What steak are you making back there that needs something else done to it other than seasoning it and putting it on the grill? It’s okay to own up to you all gave me ground beef instead of steak. A person who rarely eats steak wouldn’t have caught it but you can look and tell it’s ground beef. Even the server was shocked when she looked at it. Smh.

Ordered Baby Back Ribs with corn on the cob. The ribs were perfect and fall off the bone. The corn was served with mayonnaise rather than butter. Service was great and the food came quickly and as ordered. This was my first time at this Chili’s and I will be back.

We went for lunch for two, Saturday morning and did get in with no wait. Server came quickly and got appetizer and drink order; brought and got food order; thought took longer than it should since not many people in the restaurant, but once arrived the Caesar salad with shrimp and the Chicken ancho quesadillas were good. ## we came back 2/10/2022 and waited at foyer for 5 minutes and no one to greet us, service bad. Half the dining room was open at 4 PM.. ## do not come to this location- we waited at early afternoon time with no wait with no one at door greeting. Ridiculous. We left. Got promptly seated at nearby Taco Mac’s..
