Edit! Adding at start today This place is really getting better. They have found people who care. I went and Lacy was so amazing. If course I arrived at shift change and the first person really confused things. Lacy went and fixed it. We were seated quickly. Our drinks and food came quickly. Our food was quickly after the appetizers. Then we were offered take home boxes. Thank you Chili's for fixing things! Now let's get the pot holes fixed in the parking lot! So slow! No one there and still takes forever to get served. They don't do a great job of keeping the empty glasses cleared or dishes cleared when done with the course. Never impressed but when I crave Chili's, it's what I've got. Kid-friendliness: Has a kid menu but the staff don't use common sense like bringing a cup for a glass bottle of rootbeer for a child. Chili’s fed our entire football team with over 60 meals in under an hour. Very easy to work with and very friendly staff. Restaurant was impeccably clean.

Food was prepared well and was ready ahead of time. The lady who brought my order out was really nice, too.
