We used to love com8ng here as a family. Today is my grandsons 7th birthday, and my daughter chose Chili's. The food has gone downhill in quality!!! The "chicken crispers" are no longer light crispy little bites. They were tough, big nasty strips of extra thick breaded chicken strips, much like every fast food frozen chicken. The soups did not taste fresh. They tasted like frozen defrosted microwaved soup. The k8ds pizza was a greesy sloppy mess. Served with syrupy canned fruit. A huge disappointment and waste of money. The dining room is only fairly clean, and the table wiped with a wet cloth (not sprayed and cleaned appropriately) the floors need sweeping or vacuuming or something. Understand there is people traffic, but seriously, pick up the trash.
Food is still pretty good although the menu has changed a lot. Service is a bit slow and the atmosphere isn't as great as it used to be. The restaurant is starting to feel pretty run down.. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs but they are pretty gross.. Parking: Loads of parking outside the building
Bummed about how you guys did away with the Happy Hour deals. Sundays watching football at Chili's are done.
