Chili's Grill & Bar

I have come to this place many times, they have always had good attention and excellent food, but for several months the experience has changed. The staff is rude, the food is not that good and the time it takes to be served is eternal. My last experience was the worst I've ever had. It turns out that through the chili's app you can make a line and not have to wait at the restaurant. I make my line and the application tells me the time I have to be there. When I arrived at the restaurant the girl at the door with very bad manners told me that I have to make the line there, and that they don't have reservations. I show her the app and I tell her that the location is there, that she should have it and if she can check. Without raising her head from what she was doing, she tells me that I have to sign up for a line that takes more than 50 minutes, I never come back to that restaurant.

The establishment was clearly understaffed on that day, also it seemed like they had a late start in the kitchen but the waitress was absolutely awesome. She was hustling and willing to get the orders in and out and although had way more tables and a crowd at the door to manage still had the ability to check in ....the food was not great I ordered the fajitas yes because of the picture...lol...but the rice was fridge cold..I actually didn't even eat it but I wasn't going to complain for that waitress to have to pay...but let's just say the bartender was doubling at the bar and the kitchen. I am sure they have better days and this was maybe an off day...but the food was meh and because they were clearly understaffed the atmosphere felt weird, not fully functional.

Burguer was ok, just like any normal burguer. I would have expected more since its not a fast food chain, but its not better than Wendys or Dennys burguers. It took 25 minutes for an entree...and if you ask, that white stuff? Its supposed to be some kind of cheese...I didn't eat it though...margaritas are mostly ice...meh..this place sucks...
