Chili's Grill & Bar

I don’t usually write reviews but this place has gone so far downhill.. we just left restaurants and our food was horrible. My husband got a ribeye and was so over cooked and was literally gray. Horrible. Then he got a beer off draft and was flat and disgusting. I got fajitas and they were not sizzle and room temperature. Our waitress was okay. Didn’t ask if the steak were cooked correctly, has to ask for more water and never really checked on us to see how our food was. For our bill to be over $100 with terrible food and service..

We generally love Chili's but this location, at least at the time of our visit, lacked a lot of what Chili's normally offers. They were out of food items and the drunks in the bar were allowed to be as loud and obnoxious as they wanted to be. Even to the point of getting into a verbal confrontation with another table who asked them to please keep it down. I would just about guarantee that they over serve those people. We we're taking to our seats as soon as we got there no wait. However the appetizer took almost an hour to come out. The entrees followed closely behind. We ordered the 2 for $25 which came with the cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake came out about 30 minutes after we asked for it. All around it just was not a good night for the location. UPDATE The location overall has gotten much better. The food is arriving within a timely manner and service has greatly improved.

We visit often and usually sit in the bar area. The service is usually slow and tables are rarely bussed. Several tables with piles of plates and drinks will sit there and still be there when we finish. Management seems to never be present or care what the overall restaurant looks like or the cleanliness. If they are short staffed the Management team needs to step up and help out. There is no excuse for this.
