Chili's Grill & Bar

I placed an order through DoorDash it was absolutely horrible. Someone needs to monitor what’s going out the door because this is in the first time I’ve had issues with this place. Santa Fe salad half the lettuce was dead the avocado was completely shriveled and dark and someone actually put it on top of the salad like if you were the cook I would be embarrassed!

I’m giving this location four stars mostly based on the taste and quality of the food. The steak dinner was perfectly cooked, the food was hot, the food was fresh, and it looked beautiful on the plates. We got seated in the bar area even though the restaurant side had plenty of open tables. The bar had a collection of dirty glasses sitting on the corner near us the entire time we were there. The bathroom was not clean. The waiter/bartender didn’t seem happy to be there, or happy to be waiting on customers, was not friendly, and barely did the basics to get his job done. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt that they were maybe shorthanded and he had to fill in, but either way he was still representing the company and could’ve made some effort to give the customers a reason to return to this location. I will return to Chili’s but not to this location.

I ordered curbside and it was worse than the last time. My tiny Caesar salad had a mandarin orange in it, which was gross to taste. Then my Cajun pasta tasted old and the garlic bread was soggy. The worst part was my strawberry lemonade which had plastic floating in it that I almost swallowed and a whole ton of seeds in it which was not satisfying at all! The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the carry out person was nice and their cookie skillet is amazing. I will attempt to order here one more time then after that if I have the same experience I will not go again.
