I ordered Buffalo wings light sauce, xtra crispy and they bring me naked wings with the sauce on the side. The wings were under cooked and the fries Came out last. Our Server took it upon herself she said to have them to put the sauce on the side. The African American little skinny Runner was very rude when she brought our food.. She smacked her mouth and frowned up like we were the promblem. Our server never came until a Manager in Training came to visit our Table. Me being a Server / Catering Woman I was appalled at the way Chili's ran there buisiness. Haven't been here in 5years and I don't plan on everrrrrrrr coming back. Poor customer service and food all the way around . Our Server and the Food Runner needs a class in Smiling and Hospitality...
Chill spot with pretty good food and great service. The chips were disappointing though. We literally ate around 5 of them and there were 3 of us ???? they were like dry and oily tasting at the same time. Salsa didn't help so we just left them there. But that was the most disappointing thing so I'll just skip the chips next time … More
