Chili's Grill & Bar

Horrible service!!! I ordered a curbside order. Every time I called, the to-go cashier placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. My order was due to come out at 9:54pm. No one ever came outside. When I went in, no one was at the counter. I looked around and there, behind the counter was my food sitting there and God knows for how long. A lunch break missed, waiting for them. Smh, then I get back to work ready to eat. Only to open my plate... ALL the sauce was was open at the bottom of the plate because they were too careless to check if they were closed properly. Big mouth bits were DRY AND BURNT. NO Buffalo sauce on my dry boneless wings. And the Southwest Egg-rolls were cold. I literally work 5minutes down the street. There is no excuse for the service I received and if I had the time to go back... I would have gladly done so.

I usually stop by a Chili's, on average, every 2-3 weeks because the kids like it and we don't mind the food. We decided to try this location since we were in the area and we have never been to this particular location. This is the first time we entered a Chili's (or if I remember, any restaurant), and the host/hostess is no where to be found. We saw another family also just waiting around, with plenty of tables around. After more than 5 minutes has passed, I started to walk around to find an employee, and near the bar/kitchen, I found a pair of employees talking to each other when I asked them where is the hostess. They looked confused and told me they would go find him. I returned to the front and saw yet another family come in also confused as to where the host is. A few minutes later, some guy asks me what did I need. Confused with this question, I replied, "A table??" "Oh, sorry sir, these other people are waiting, and I think...uh, I think these other are waiting too?" Af

Would give zero starts if possible. Sat for over an hour watching server take care of everyone else but us, and when we got up to leave the service told us to our face that they were happy to see us leave. Absolutely awful.
