Chili's Grill & Bar

Ordered a steak and it was well done instead of mid done BUT was still very juicey and tasty. Nicole (server) was great...took care od us and was on top of things. Had her before and she is consistently on top of things! This was great as she was also handling the bar area as well! Dinner salad was very small (hardly any salad) but Nicole fixed that.

I was at your restaurant today around 2p.m.Oct 2 2022. Your host at the entrance was very rude. She was acting like she was the owner of the place. She want use to seat in the bar area. We wanted to seat in the booth area where there were plenty of empty booth. Plus a 10 to 15 wait. She was doing this to everyone coming in after us. We ask to talk to the manager she said for what. Terrible service this is not welfare we were going to pay good money. Bad bad customer service. We walk out. And that witch host should be fired. She should work for the prisons. Never ever coming to this place

Took forever to get seated hardly anyone in the place brought friends there were 5 of us. My strawberry lemonade was orange color, hardly any strawberry in it. Took forever to get our food and brought the appetizer out with the meal by then we didn’t want it, but I paid for it anyway and took it home. Server never came around again. We had to flag down someone cleaning tables to get her.
