Chili's Grill & Bar

It’s been years since I’ve been to Chili’s, to say the least, I was shocked at how filthy this restaurant was. We, (my adult Son and myself), were seated, and that’s where the Customer Service ended. If we hadn’t been so tired, we would have never sat for 45 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order, we went ahead at that time and placed our food order. Our cocktails arrived, quickly followed by our food. It would have been nice to just chill a little and enjoy our cocktails. That doesn’t seem to be the plan at this restaurant. There were dirty dishes stacked on all the tables around us. Kids were screaming and pitching fits. Since when does an establishment that serves alcohol, turn into romper room? My Son and I both ordered the Brisket Sandwich with French Fries. That was the weirdest sandwich I’ve ever seen. It was mostly cheap hamburger with a couple of thin slices of what they call brisket. Even if my food wasn’t good I’d still give a 5 because Cristina was one of the nicest people I have ever met. In a world where served always seem so angry, I needed a Cristina. I actually did curbside to a voice potential rudeness but here was Cristina reminding me there’s people who still love their job. Good for you girl! I hope someone leave you a super fat Tip you deserve it! Lastly kids loved their pizza !

Found the top half of the bun under a mound of old fries. Bacon is hardly what i woukd think of on a Bacon Cheeseburger. Hamburger smells good, but not at all what I was expecting.
