I came here a couple of weeks ago with my friends, we had a great time. Jeft was our server he was super nice and patient with us. The place was clean and the workers were nice. The atmosphere was amazing this was definitely a great experience. Most Chili’s I’ve been to are never that clean, with long waiting lines, and some of the workers had attitude but this location definitely changed my experience with chili’s.
Food and service usually good at the Sheridan street location, better than the Aventura location, I usually order Chipotle chicken crispers and found out that in the Aventura location they dilute the chipotle sauce that goes on them and they give you a paltry dish size. In the other hand in the Sheridan location they don't dilute the sauce and they give you a better dish size, The Sheridan location is further away from my home, but I rather go there to get better food.
Can't beat the buy one get one beer special. Bartender greated me right away. That's good service.
