Don't get me wrong, I love Chili's but this night, they weren't on top of their game..... AT ALL!!!! My group got their food late and my sister in law didn't get her food until we were all finished eating. A lot of our orders were wrong. The only decent thing was our waitress was attentive.
I wanted to add to my comment! We came AGAIN to this chilis and our server was Brandon. He should be the poster Child for good service! I was really impressed!!!! We quit coming to this chilis due to the Terrible customer service a while back. However, we gave it a go again tonight and we had GREAT SERVICE! seriously haven’t had such a great server in such a long time. We will continue to come! Thanks to Pablo our server, very respectful, professional and kind!
Spent a while waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one did. Ordered to go and they gave me an expired cheesecake. Tasted like it was stored in and old Tupperware that held spaghetti and has turned orange over time and smells. Threw it away. Wish I could get a refund but their app doesn’t have the option.
