Chili's Grill & Bar

One of the worst Chili's bar and grills around They are limited on employees, probably due to the lack of pay. However, the employees they do have are incompetent and rude. They regularly serve undercooked or raw food from the kitchen longer than expected. Wait times higher priced food. Bad attitudes with this sense of deserving but cannot offer good service. I do not recommend this location to anyone unless you like being berated and belittled and yelled at by the waitresses. The management is completely incompetent and cant control their own employees once again I would avoid it all costs Features: Unfortunately, this place remained in business after COVID-19 started. It would have been better to have shut down completely and never reopened

I had a really bad experience here. We were there for over 2 hours. The waiter would not come to our table (there were only two tables when we were there) and we had to flag him down to ask for water refills, which never arrived. When we ordered he didn’t put the order in. We had to ask the hostess to put them in after waiting for 45 mins. Then when the food arrived we had no silverware, we again asked the hostess and she didn’t know where to get them (fair, not her job). We asked our waiter again for water and he was like “more?!” We tried to explain that he hadn’t brought any the first time but he ran off. We were having trouble paying and no one was any help. Overall we could not believe how bad it was. Seriously.

Chili's is consistent with the food and drinks served; however, the service is always iffy here. Sometimes I feel very welcomed and other times I feel as if I'm an imposition to the wait-staff. Also, I feel like the advent of the table top tablets is taking away from the server-diner relationship across the restaurant industry. But, I will say that the Spicy Shrimp Tacos were amazing!
