Chili's Grill & Bar

I went for lunch after going to the Cinemark with my parents. The seating is plenty and it doesn't take long for you to get a good server and appetizers and food. Our server was Forrest, a very nice man and he made sure everyone was accommodated, even if he wasn't serving them. If you ever go and he's your server, give him a nice tip and a high five

We sat for 45 min waiting on our food. Our waitress got us our drinks quickly but didn’t check in with us through the entire 45 min. We got our appetizers (Caesar) without any silverware and didn’t come again. Continued waiting for our food for her to come back finally saying she didn’t put the order in at all. Spent nearly an hour here and decided we would just leave. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant and she was too busy eating her own meal on the side to care for the few guests she did have. Additionally after the 45 min she brought us food we didn’t order, unsure of which of the 3 tables she had that the food belonged to.

Ordered take out. Got honey chipotle chicken crispers the crispers were like half the size of normal, NO SIDES!! Literally my double order of loaded mashed potatoes wasn’t anywhere to be found! So thanks I didn’t get my dinner. My sons sprite was missing. Then my dad ordered a burger with bacon, coke slaw as a side. He ended up with coke slaw ON the burger and fries as a side and he hates fries. Called spoke to the manger absolutely wasn’t surprised definitely sounded like he didn’t care. Ubereats did refund us for what was messed up, but my issue is no one is checking anything.
