Chili's Grill & Bar

Unbelievable experience. ANTS at our table in the bar area. Brought it to the attention of our server Audrey and the manager. They were both very aware of the problem, yet we were seated there and neither of them were phased by our problem. Both the manager and Audrey’s response was “ ya we know and have the exterminator coming tonight, nothing I can do”. I have photos and a video of the little creatures. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Terrible terrible experience

I was in a huge rush yesterday after getting off work. My husband really wanted Chili’s, and I needed my chips and queso fix. I couldn’t get my app to work so I called the restaurant. The person who answered the phone was so helpful and genuine. You could tell he loved his job and nowadays those people are few and far in between. I asked for the persons name and he said Ryan. When I went to go pick up my food it was very very busy. I guess everyone wanted some delicious food! Despite it being a madhouse, Ryan was very patient and talked to me in such a respectful manner! He went the extra mile to make sure I had a great chili’s experience! It was hassle free and I will definitely be coming back! Shout out to Ryan! That kid is awesome!

We had no issues, they sat us promptly, our server was great & so was the whole staff. The bartender even checked in to see if he made my dirty martini ok. Everything was good. The ribs had really good flavor to them. Will return!!! Glad it's closer now too.
