Two things I enjoy here: their margaritas and their honey chipotle crispers. They also always have a $5 month margarita and it changes every month. The food is the good, the chips and salsa are so good. Also if you are part of their rewards program, you get free chips and salsa every visit! This chilis has always been a favorite of mine, I’ve never encountered any rude employees or bad service.

I enjoyed a nicedinner last night with my adult kids. I have to say Service was great from our waitress to our food.. My fajitas were cooked perfectly . Both my kids got the Cajun pasta and were happy with how it tasted and how good and fresh the pasta was.

It’s easy to forget how the server impacts the overall customer experience. It is easy to forget how good customer service can fix even the ugliest kitchen mistake, or when the best food can become the worst, due to the lack of customer service. I have always been a 20%+ tipper, I appreciate the server effort way more than I appreciate the food. Our server seemed friendly at first. We specified we wanted our appetizer before our main entree, which my wife and I were sharing (our server was informed of our sharing intention as well). Mistakes can happen and did happen… entree got there first, no appetizer and no extra plates. Then appetizer got there five minutes late with no sides (ranch), no biggie. I understand it can happen, after all, I worked as a server at one of the busiest restaurants during college, BUT what I do not understand is that our server did not attend to us once after taking our order, even when the mistake was done, which she was aware of.
