Chili's Grill & Bar

I returned my food and asked for a refund and chili’s doesn’t offer refunds right then and there. Manager has to submit refund to customer service, why?! My meal looked like leftovers. The flavor was incorrect and didn’t get the dipping sauce I asked for. I am now waiting on a 5-10 day refund.

The food was actually pretty delicious. I got myself a huge bacon burger, and my God was it juicy. My wife's plate was also very delicious.. Now even tho the food was great; the service itself was very poor... my waitress checked up on us once and just never came back again... I had to keep flagging down other workers to just bring me a refill. Each time, it was someone different for everything we needed... that's just a lack of customer service. Atmosphere was nothing extraordinary; could definitely use some more life to the decor... perhaps some more decorations.

I went to lunch with my mom this afternoon. And we walked in and we were greeted which was weird because everytime we go to Chili’s. We are never greeted and they just show us to our table. The hostess was very polite. And we were also greeted by our server his name was Joshua. He was very patient and attentive. I ordered 3 for me which comes with a soup or salad, entree, and drink. I ordered the chicken crispers they came tossed in their new Nashville hot sauce. They were really good. And I also ordered the chicken enchilada soup which is always great. My mom ordered the lunch combo. Which came with a soup or salad and an entree. She ordered the double cheeseburger with fries. She said it was really good. She also ordered a house salad which was a perfect size especially for lunch. For dessert we ordered the chocolate molten cake. It was really good. I will definitely be back
