Since when has this become acceptable for to-go orders. I just don't understand how can you check this off and say it's good to go. Usually when we dine in no problem but 2nd time I had a to go order that the portion was like this only difference is I didn't go with my husband to pick up the food this time. I'm currently quarantine with covid and he never double checks anything.
My dad and I went to have lunch today and it was totally under staffed. Our server in the bar area was great however when she brought me the completely wrong order there was no offer to fix it or not charge me. Our appetizer came after the meal did. It was disappointing to say the least.
Overall everything was okay. I got the 3 spicy shrimp tacos which I was surprised they were good. My husband got a steak medium well, loaded mashed potatoes and fries. The reason for 3 stars is because the steak, my husband ordered, came out well done instead of medium well, and the mashed potatoes were cold when they were served (he did say they were good cold). To pay $50 for the both of us the food should be cooked better and the food should at least be warm as expected when eating out.
