Hit or miss as far as service goes. Sometimes it's excellent, sometimes it's not. Food always comes out quick. I definitely prefer this location to White Marsh for that very reason. Kitchen staff is definitely on point here.
Love this particular Chili's! Almost always have great service and the food comes out quickly. The restaurant is clean and they have consistently good food. With all of the staffing issues, if the wait is longer than 30 minutes, I would not recommend waiting. As soon as you are seated, you will be waiting even longer for service and food. This scenario doesn't happen too often, however, it's usually a walk right in situation.
I come here for lunch and dinner. The bartender is always nice and very attentive. Sometimes i am ignored when i ask for no ice in my drink but my drink is always good. I usually order the sampler because i cant make up my mind on what to get or my favorite Chipotle chicken crispers … More
