Chili's Grill & Bar

The hostess seated us very quickly. The waiter was rude. 1 of the 3 meals were brought out, not by our waiter.. We waited a while then asked a different waiter if he would check on the meals. Our waiter never came to our table to ask how the 1 meal was or to say anything about the missing meals. After 30 minutes a person in our group got up and asked where the food was..another 10 minutes it came out. Again our waiter didn't bring it out. He never stopped by our table to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. The food was very good the service from the one waiter was Terrible. After we received the check it had an extra charge for a cake. We never ordered a cake. We went to the manager who was very helpful. Again this coward of a server never came over. He was standing by the bar on the other side of the restaurant. He didn't even come to us and apologize for his terrible service and attitude. He definitely needs a lot of training.

We were there late at night and they gave us the table by the kitchen, well, if I was Chili's management I would eliminate that table. We were entertained by waiters arguing with each other, cursing, throwing the kitchen door and looking evidently frustrated; we could tell they looove what they do :-/ On the other side, our waiter was super nice, one of the two that either don't hate their job, or are good at pretending. Food was good, just as the menu describes. At that time of night was easy to find parking and we waited for a table around 5 min only.

This Chili’s has always been lousy. The food is ok, but there is always a problem with the service being slow and servers with bad attitudes which spoil any occasion to have a good eating experience. By the way, where is the manager? They were packing everybody next to each other. No social distancing, and they had the north section completely empty. I’m giving it 2 stars because the backend is ok (cooks and food), the problem is the front end (hostess, servers) by the way they treated us today, it does not represent the Chili’s spirit. UPDATE: food quality was really good and service was still ok.
