This was a great expierence. Honestly i was having a bad day dealing with bad customer service at other establishments. So i decided to come here. Luckily i expierenced the best customer service from a waiter named Cass. She was polite, courteous and cheerful with recommendations. She kept my drink full. The food was hot and seasoned very well. This really enlightened my day. I really enjoyed the superior customer expierence and will recommend often.

We visited this place in spring valley and decided to get the triple dipper. My daughter wanted fried pickles and a strawberry lemonade. They were out of pickles and strawberry syrup. Ok fine. We order chicken and fries which was good by the way. So good that we came back the next night to try our luck with another triple dipper hoping for the pickles. They had them. The pickles were fine. The egg rolls were not cut in half. Strange but not a problem. My husband’s order was burned. The crispy chicken look like old crumbs. I would only suggest this place if you dine in. If you’re comfortable sending your order back if it’s made incorrectly. This was a total waste of money.

This has been the WORST order I ever received from chili’s. I wasn’t even able to eat anything in my triple dipper. Crispers we’re fried to leather strips , south west rolls were BURNT and one of them wasn’t even a rolled, and the sliders were hard as rocks and looked liked they were rolled in the mustard , ranch, and bacon. So disappointed because it went straight into the trash. Will probably NEVER come back.
