Chili's Grill & Bar

Can't even begin to express how poor the service and food were. The bar was slow with drinks despite an 80% empty restaurant. Plates and empty drink cups sat on the table piling up. I had to remove the items and set them on the bar myself. 1 dinner order was completely wrong. The Waitress told us that they were of the Salmon so they made us a chicken plate instead. Never told us they were out of Salmon so we could choose a different option. They decided themselves to make us a chicken dinner instead. I never even heard of such a thing.

The waitress was very nice, even though they were closing early cuz they only had two servers in the restaurant but I did one another drink but the bartender left. I ordered a hamburger and the hamburger was very good the french fries were very good the drinks were good that's why I want another drink but like I said the bartender was gone. I don't think the bartender should leave until the customers are out of the restaurant.

We ordered 3 sirloins to go and none of them had any seasoning on, no salt, no pepper, absolutely nothing. All of them were very dry and tasteless. One of them was the avocado sirloin which had no avocado on it, came with some very sad wilted asparagus again not a hint of salt or pepper. Very disappointed with the whole order. Called the restaurant and was told I’ll be transferred to the manager, waited in the phone just to have them hung up on me. I paid for my food, drove to get it, and it was definitely not worth it at all. Horrible!
