Chili's Grill & Bar

Food was not great. My burger bun was not fresh and was hard and dense. But mainly, the place was nasty. There was a whole day full of food under the table that we were sat at. The walls hadn’t been wiped down in what seemed like weeks or months. The floor hadn’t been swept in the entire place for at least a day or two. The whole place felt…sticky. It was not good, and definitely didn’t make us hungry for the food. Would most definitely never return.

I got sick after eating here. The bartender and Ella were very nice. Trash outside on the benches . One staff member was a monkey driving the rest of the staff crazy.

I have eaten here a few times because my sons like the burgers and the big mouth chicken sandwich. I’m gluten free so I never expect much when I go. I must report that I had a very delightful experience tonight. Waitstaff brought drinks without us asking and asked it we wanted sauce on the side “honey mustard or ranch”. Omg! It’s like he read their minds. I had the “3-fer” option of 6oz Sirloin steak. I received it as requested (med-rare) and the broccoli ???? was cooked perfectly! The loaded potato was full of flavor. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over and politely asked “ How can I help y’all?” Ladies and gentleman, this is a top notch attitude. Kudos!
