Chili's Grill & Bar

Do yourself a favor. Pick another restaurant to eat at!!!!!. The curbside pickup that is advertised on the website is nonexistent!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at 3:08. At the latest it was to be ready at 3:43. Well that never happened. I had to go in and the order still wasn't ready!! After all that. I had to ask the poor young man that gave me the food. If he could wipe the cups that had soda running down the sides. If I could get another bag bc the containers were laying on their side. The soup was spilling. The salsa was spilling in the bag. These pics are the end result of what Chili's in Carson CA served me!!. I wouldn't serve my animal this garbage!!!. I asked for the manager. Who's name is Frank. Who by the way had stains all over his apron as though he had jus come out of a slaughterhouse. He represented this location perfectly. An absolute disaster!!! Slow service... Very Unorganized and Need An inventory management staff members who order the food supply according to the sales because they're always out of something. Get it together Carson.

Food was ready on time and delivered to my car promptly after check in. The quality the food is the issue. I ordered a tortilla soup and it was cold and too thick. Flavor was bland. I ended up throwing it away. The chicken bowl i ordered was also cold and flavorless with a few sprinkles of lettuce and no chipotle sauce. I won't be ordering food from here again.
