Bad experience for us as usual from this franchise. I usually shy away from Chili's because there food is normally subpar. This location is no different. Beer was flat, food was cold, and service was subpar. At least the bathrooms are clean. Our waitress was nice, courteous and she tried to be helpful, but we got our requested condiments as we were packing up our leftovers along with other issues. But this franchise is TRASH and this location is no exception. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
All of these recent 5 star reviews must be paid for baloney. I'm going to give you the real deal. 2 Saturdays ago I had lunch with a friend and she wanted to go to THIS location vs the Fowler one in Tampa I wanted to go to. She would soon regret THAT choice! Her food was undercooked and rushed to the table. I had Smokehouse combo w/brisket quesadillas, jalapeño-cheddar smoked sausage as pictured, with corn,fries, & garlic toast since the pic looked scrumptious! I bit into what I THOUGHT was sausage but was a "MYSTERY" item that wasn't chewable let alone edible! I let the waitress know & she got the manager. So called Manager gave me a quote I will use the rest of my life: "Sometimes things just fall on the plate" ! No remorse. No apology. No offer to refund or make new. Just EAT IT!
Used to be a good go to for the family. The fajita steak was tough and bloody. BBQ Ribs had no flavor. Add in a bowl of chili and three sodas for $70! I will think twice about it again. Waitress was kind snd courteous!
