People, it's time to start cooking at home. Chili's just isn't what it use to be. We had one waitress who took care of 15 tables, alone. I truly felt sorry for her. She continually got my order wrong. I didn't consider it a restaurant crime since she was flying solo waiting on 15 tables. Time to add Chili's to the long list of banned places.
The waitress was decent, could tell she was tired from working (not an issue). Ordered. Asked for the sauce on the side, came on the sandwich, fries were squishy, sent them back as well. My husband's rice and beans were stone cold. Steak was cooked well. Overall not a very good experience
Usually have no problems and eat there quite often. I like their burgers and steaks. For some reason our steaks were smaller and not prepared to our order.
