Chili's Grill & Bar

I was more than mildly disappointed with my visit. I visited October 13th in the evening. The prices were not awful, and the service was OK, however the food has gone downhill quick. I had the special with a drink, soup, and the cajun chicken pasta. The soup I ordered was the chicken enchilada. It was bland, almost completely flavorless which was a disappointment as this soup use to be my favorite out of any restaraunt. The main course wasn't much better. While the pasta was good, and cooked well. The chicken left much to be desired. It looked like they had tossed the bottom crumbles of a bag of chicken on my plate, the biggest piece being the size of my fingernail and there was no cajun seasoning either. The sauce was enjoyable, however there wasn't enough of it, even after stirring I would say almost a fourth of my pasta had no sauce on it. The corn and black beans were the most enjoyable items! The quesadillas were not enjoyable and the rice was undercooked. The waitress offered broccoli or asparagus in exchange for the undercooked rice. The chicken was undercooked as well (didn't attach photo of the chicken). Good customer service

The food is good. The part that’s hit or miss is the service. You can either get someone really good or stuck in a corner forgotten and having to chase people down. My kids enjoy it so we go often but like I said, the service could use a lot of improvements.
