Chili's Grill & Bar

Service was not good at all. Started with hostess, who gave us attitude when we walked in door. Should have known then to turn around and leave! Took 5 minutes to have someone take our drink order. Another 5 minutes to bring our drinks to us. Appetizers came out the same time as our meals, kind of pointless to have ordered them. Only seen our waitress twice, when she took our order and she brought a to go box. Had to have manager bring our check so we could leave.

The quality of the food was good but our server dropped the ball with more than half of the order. It was simple mistakes but you could tell they had nobody else to help them. Unfortunately the cook served us a medium rare steak that was still red inside, not pink, but red. Lol all in all they did everything we asked to get the orders right and were left full and happy. Parking: More than 20. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on ground level.

If there’s a manager at this location you’d never know it. This is a highly disorganized establishment. I’ve seen better functioning high school concession stands. It all started at the front door where the greeter couldn’t even figure out how to deal with three groups of people who were waiting to be seated. He skipped right over the group that was there first until another customer got him back on track. The service was slow and it took 15 minutes for chips and queso to arrive. The food came out quicker, but my Cajun chicken pasta wasn’t even served hot. Both the chicken and the pasta were barely warm. We had to ask for silverware. We had to get our own napkins, and we had to get our own sweetener. There’s just no attention to detail at this location, and it appears as if they don’t provide any training to their staff. I see no need to return.
