Im officially done with Chilis. This is for the national brand. The 2nd star is for the location because it isnt their fault they sell terrible food. Fajitas were visually different than the fajitas we love. They were so stringy it was hard to eat. They were kind of greyish and completely flavorless. Remember the mozzarella sticks (cheese fries)... either just be done with them of bring back originals, because the unseasoned mozzarella patties r gross. I dont want to waste my time writting more. Nobody liked their food and we spent $75... and we are all lifelong Chilis customers. We are all done. Gross.

Came in at 2.30 pm. Not many in the place I was waiting to be seated for 10 mins. I decided just to sit down since no one seemed to care. After waiting additional 10 mins with no service I left. I saw two other couples doing the same thing. Horrible service and I would be furious if my business was loosing money like this.
