As you can see in the picture below there is something god awful in my beverage. We also waited an hour from the time we walked in to the time we got our food. Horrible experience if you’re considering going to chilis turn around and walk out the door of this one. The staff does not care about your existence. They gave us dessert with no fork and we had to wait about 7 minutes after asking for forks for us to finally get one….. so disappointed. While we were there we noticed another family fed up and walk out as well. I have fallen into deep sadness after this experience……

Horrible experience! 1 server waiting 3 tables max yet what appears to be a "manager" sitting and not even helping. It's clearly more important for her to be on her phone than serving customers or helping her co-workers. That's terrible leadership and likely why no one wants to work here!
