Came on a Friday evening to enjoy a good meal. They were moderately busy so I understand service might take a little longer. But 30 minutes after ordering a drink and asking about it twice I gave up canceled it and decided to just drink water. I ordered shrimp and steak fajitas after a wait of almost an hour it came out as chicken and steak. I gave up canceled my order my husband took his food to go and we left. Not the best experience.
Service was ok. My husband and son said the burgers was good, but what me and the girls had was lacking, ive had better frozen. My 3 yr olds chicken strip tasted burnt. Definitely makes me think twice before eating at another Chili's establishment unfortunately … More
So food was good as always but the reason for the five star was the waitress, Cierra. She was absolutely amazing like made the whole experience so much better. She was super sweet, attentive and just a comfortable person to be around. 12/10 waitress I would come back just to have her be my server again. She just has such a great vibe.
