Lunch spot at times. Food is ok the service is much better. No wait time. Food arrives quick.
Two visits: First Time, with a room of empty tables and booths, we asked for a table for 4 and were told by the hostesses only booths were available. The waiter came over eventually and said it was ok to seat us at a table by window....literally 4 feet from the booths. He was very nice, said it was no problem at all. Just to add there were 3 hostesses(only one was training). Next visit was today, a Monday @7pm, we(a party of 2) walked in to a kinda busy bar but only 2 -3 families in restaurant side. There were a LOT of empty tables and they told us there was at least a 15 minute wait! When I pointed out the reatuarant side was badically empty she stated she didn't want to "overseat the waiters". Really? The food is always good at Chilis, but the hostesses need some training on how to talk to the customer& how to run the floor! I like Chili's but the 287 & Little Rd location is not busy for a Reason! ....my advice just find a diff Chili's!
We had an ok time. My wife slipped on a tomato that was left underneath the table and it was pretty gross. The server was quite nice, and refilled my tea without asking. Our food was overcooked. We asked for our fries to be well done, but not our ribs nor our corn. When we told the server he left and came back only to say "well it is roasted" corn. Ok but for it to be this much black... I think it was more burnt than roasted. The ribs came out dry, but edible.
