Chili's Grill & Bar

Food is typical bar food. Burger was good, potatoes arrived cold. Had to ask to have them heated, not reheat ed. When they didn't come back from the kitchen after a while I asked if they would be served. They arrived well after my burger was finished. The bartender was doing his best to serve. This is the 3rd time I have been to this facility. Was definitely not impressed with my first 2 visits. This 3rd visit, had it been my first, would've given me a totally different impression. We had the best waitress ever! Kudos to Alexa! The service she provided was outstanding and the food was the best that we have had here!

It’s a joke this place is. I feel segregated by not being able to order from a “secret menu” that’s apparently only served at the bar & we can’t get at our table of 8. Because of the lacking menu our per person spend will be way below average. I’m guessing it was the manager waking around not being cordial with people as he scurried by with a tray holder. Our drinks came and were left in one big clump for us to distribute amongst ourselves on the table. The rice in the Cilantro lime Carne Asada had string in it. I ordered a medium burger & got a burnt well done hockey puck. Ordered a steak with shrimp & didn’t get the shrimp. The food is greasy and over priced. This restaurant is equally disappointing each and every time we visit. When our appetizers came out, we had to ask for plates. From the time we got here until we received our food was almost an hour. I think the best part of the experience was when we walked out of the door and got in the car to leave.
