The manager in this place is rude has no customer service. He would give me the kids meal drink . I asked her why ???? And her answered was Because I don’t have anything for kids. …..

My wife and I were in the area (not the Chicken Kitchen we usually come to) and the experience was disappointing to say the least. Wraps were poorly rolled and some ingredients were missing, so my wife’s favorite Wrapito wasn’t available. I asked for a side of guacamole for my Mexican Wrapito and I was given one for $7.99 which looked dark green/not fresh. The guacamole lacked any salt or lime, so that was another fail. We will still eat Chicken Kitchen, but def not in this location. Management needs to retrain their team members, they need it. Lastly, after they sold me the $7.99 guacamole, they replaced it with a fresh batch. Lol

Called in my order prior to arriving and they totally butchered my order, thank the heavens I actually took a look in the bag to make sure the order was correct.. ordered a Regular chop chop with lettuce tomatoes and cheese with extra chicken and instead they decided it would be better that I received a chop chop with nothing but chicken, rice and TONS of sour cream, like an unholy amount of sour cream.. also ordered a Mexican chop chop and they had forgot to put the beans on it and when I informed the lady that she had forgot to put the beans in the chop chop, she instead started to question if the Mexican chop chop even comes with beans in the first place as if I don’t know what I ordered, like seriously? The food quality has gone down the drain over the years I have been eating at Chicken Kitchen for as long as I can remember and it is absolutely atrocious what it has turned into.
