Chicken Express

I only go on Saturday morning & always order boneless wings meal w/ a 32 oz. Sweet Tea, last weekend the wings weren't cooked thoroughly & I couldnt chew the wings at all, the weekend before that they were overcooked & really hard to chew. I did share with a manager named John. John stated there wasn't anything he could do about it.

Not sure why, but the Yukon store is always the worst chicken express store. I am literally sitting here now and looking at the food they just gave me. I ordered the #1 and 2 of the strips they gave me are the size of a chicken McNugget. They do this to me every time I eat here. Will leave hungry again. Should have just went to the Mustang store.

First, I have always loved eating at chicken express. I really like the fact you can substitute your drink for a side instead and get whatever pieces of chicken you want. However I have never visited this location. First staff was very friendly and I had my order to go and was ready in a matter of minutes. However when I got back to my Hotel to enjoy the chicken I received was very dry and not what I have always enjoyed. Breading had separated from the chicken and skin was burnt. I presume from sitting too long under heat lamps. Maybe this can be used as an incentive to serve fresher product
