Chicken Express

This particular location is bad about turning off the outside lights and stopping all cooking at 9:30 PM during the weekdays. I’ve been here on three occasions and unable to order fried okra, macaroni, corn on the cob, due to the fact they had already began cleaning the kitchen and were unable to serve my needs. Not quite sure who manages this location but I would certainly have a few words of advice for this particular person.

Worst customer service experience in quite some time. Was shorted (several breast and thigh pieces and an entire order of fried pickles) on a recent visit. Called the restaurant to notify so that we could be credited for a future order. No one will answer the phones, tried ask different times of day and different days! Corporate website only says to contact the store. It’s a complete dead end. Finally made it back to the restaurant to discuss. Man claiming to be the owner, Kim, says “nothing I can do” and completely dismisses me. Will NEVER give this guy a penny again.

I love their fish but today was a great disappointment. It was obvious that my 3 pieces of fish had been fried earlier. It was dry and hard and lacked flavor. And I drove directly home with my meal. Chicken was still piping hot but fish was cold and hard
