I love eating chicken express. However this particular one in Kennedale didn't have any coleslaw. It was also the only chicken express I have been to that didn't have a discount for military.
I went to chicken express today in Kennedale and the young lady at the Drive-through was super friendly great customer service just a really good employee. Because of her I will continue going to that chicken express than going to any other ones. Is really made my day. Especially since it's few and far between that you get a young person that's that's is good a customer service.
The chicken tenders are way too dry & too much hard breading it ript up the roof of my mouth also the Coca Cola was so sweet with no fizz to it . I love chicken express it’s just sad I won’t be visiting the closest one to me ,I’d rather drive further from Now on till they recover from this bad experience, Hope the team is improved soon .
