Chicken Express

Absolutely a horrible experience. I LOVE Chicken Express, but will NEVER return to this location. Waited 20+ minutes for tenders and fries (all the while, 2 employees were throwing a football in the parking lot). Paid for 2 extra biscuits, all 3 were hockey pucks. The fries were a wet ball of grease. Had to dry and air fry once returning home. Kind of defeated the purpose of eating out. The chicken was okay. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. If zero stars were available, it would have been selected.

I'm here now, waiting on my order. The attendant took my order, polite and courtious, gave me a cost and told me to pull u p to the window. She opened the window and held out a drink and her hand, never saying a word. First mistake! I gave her my payment, cash, and she returned with my change, didn't bother to count it back to me, just told me to pull forward. And before I could count my change and put it in my wallet, she was telling my to pull forward, that they were cooking my order. Not being polite but ordering me to pull forward. 2nd mistake!!!. im a senior citizen. And expect some respect for that. I have lived in the area for 12 years, and each year this place goes more downhill!!! Probably need to screen your employees better... give them people skills!!! Will I be back?

The food was very good and fresh, but man have the prices went up.! I didn’t think a snack pack would almost eat up a 10 dollar bill without the drink. ???? Still great place to dine!
